Today we announced a North American agreement with worldwide technology distribution leader, Tech Data. This is a landmark moment in our company history as we move forward with a partnership to bring our server-side cache technology to partners and customers.
Tech Data will help us reach many more partners and get our remarkable story out to so many more customers. We are thrilled to be among 28 partners in the Tech Data Advanced Infrastructure Solutions (AIS) group.
The Infinio story is very compelling for the channel partner community and has resonated with the solution providers we have brought on board – our non-disruptive, straight-forward proof of concept process allows customers to try Infinio for free before they make a purchase decision. The channel program rewards partners with a profitable solution, market development funds, rebates and incentives. Our high assist sales model assures partners are well equipped to engage their customers and leverage our sales team.
The Tech Data relationship will help us accelerate these efforts with solution providers. The sales, marketing and training capabilities at Tech Data will be leveraged by Infinio to broaden our market share, expand our channel community and solve storage performance pain points for many more customers. Solution providers and customers are looking for a cost effective, software only alternative to all flash storage arrays. They need a solution that enables them to extend the life of their current storage infrastructure and avoid fork-lift upgrades – together, Infinio and Tech Data will make our solution available to thousands more customers in the years ahead.
